What I particularly appreciate today:

I am now very selective about the people and companies I work with. For me, it’s no longer just about a “business” or any opportunity to earn money. It’s about values. Trust. Transparency. A long-term approach. That’s why I only work with owner-managed companies that are backed by real people – not anonymous corporations.
